Blag delay

apologies to the contributors to the Opening Chapter Blag for the delay in publishing the first issue

this is due mainly to an opportunity that arrived unexpectedly that has taken all my energy - it is a good thing but is not 100% certain just yet

All I need is a clear day to finish editing the excellent contributions - hopefully in the next couple of weeks
